Resetting your application preferences on Windows

  1. On your Keyboard, click on the Windows key, or, press on the Windows icon at bottom of your screen.

    (Note: the images are taken from Windows 11, however, a similar button can be found on Windows 7, 8.1, 10)

  2. Type in and search for "NordVPN Diagnostics".

  3. Open it and click "Yes" in the window that asks for permission to make changes.
     
  4. Click "Reset app".

  5. Now, log in back into the app and see whether the issue persists.
