On your Keyboard, click on the Windows key, or, press on the Windows icon at bottom of your screen.
(Note: the images are taken from Windows 11, however, a similar button can be found on Windows 7, 8.1, 10) - Type in and search for "NordVPN Diagnostics".
- Open it and click "Yes" in the window that asks for permission to make changes.
- Click "Reset app".
- Now, log in back into the app and see whether the issue persists.
